4. Account Registration

4.1 To register, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or one-time verification codes with any other person. kisss918 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep credentials secure.

4.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact support immediately. kisss918 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the Account pending review.

4.4 kisss918 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5. Permitted Use

5.1 You agree to use kisss918 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or depositing funds through payment methods that do not belong to you;
• Using the platform for any money-laundering or other unlawful financial activity;
• Accessing the platform if you are employed by kisss918, any affiliated company, or a game provider whose titles are available on the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or systematically extract content from the platform.

5.3 kisss918 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this clause and to take immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities, where evidence of prohibited conduct is found.

6. Deposits & Payments

6.1 Deposits must be made using approved payment methods displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Methods available to Malaysian users may include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and supported cryptocurrencies, subject to availability and applicable minimums.

6.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method, account status and currency. kisss918 does not guarantee that any specific payment method will remain available at all times.

6.4 kisss918 does not charge a deposit fee, however your bank, e-wallet provider or payment processor may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such fees.

6.5 Deposits made to kisss918 are not interest-bearing. Funds held in your Account do not accrue interest under any circumstances.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your kisss918 Account. kisss918 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous e-wallets or payment methods not previously used for a deposit, except where specifically authorised following a support review.

7.2 Before your first withdrawal is processed, your Account must pass full KYC verification. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driving licence or passport; a proof of residential address dated within three months; and, where requested, a clear selfie holding your identity document.

7.3 Withdrawal processing targets are as follows, subject to verification status and payment provider availability:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval;
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): typically 5–15 minutes;
• Bank Wire transfers: typically 15–60 minutes, potentially longer during bank maintenance windows.

7.4 These are processing targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to bank maintenance, additional security checks or incomplete verification. kisss918 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

7.5 Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being fully met. Any attempt to withdraw funds that have not cleared applicable requirements may result in the withdrawal being declined and bonus funds being voided.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 8.4 kisss918 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the associated Account, if it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, exploitation of system errors or any other activity that circumvents the intended purpose of a promotion.

9. Gaming Rules

11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability

• Inaccurate information provided by the User during registration, KYC or payment processes;
• Delays or errors attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions;
• The User's decision to place a wager based on their own judgement or external information.

12.3 Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, kisss918's maximum liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the verified real-money balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 kisss918 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Submission of false, inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity;
• Failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe;
• Conduct deemed harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform.

13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, kisss918 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, including Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.

13.3 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

14. Amendments to these Terms

14.1 kisss918 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or by a prominent notice on the platform prior to taking effect.
